What are we doing?
ARPA educates the public — from individuals to civic groups to public officials — about the benefits of passenger rail specifically, and balanced multimodal transportation in general. (See our Mission and Goals statement.)
2007 Projects and Goals
- Obtain 501(c)3 Tax-Exempt Status
- Continue as an active active member of the Southwest Rail Corridor Coalition, working toward improved Intercity service and Arizona Regional Rail;
- Participate in the Arizona Transit Association (AzTA) Rail Symposium
- Continue Regular Newsletter Publication
- Revise collateral educational materials
